*To receive Preferred Care Client discounts, the customer must commit to a 6, 9 or 12 month Service Agreement and provide a valid customer credit card to be held on file. The customer may cancel the Service Agreement at any time by providing written notice to Remarkable HomeKeeping via USPS or email. All cancellations must occur at a minimum of 72 hours prior to any scheduled service to avoid being charged for that scheduled service, post cancellation. All cancellations prior to the scheduled commitment expiration date shall nullify and void any and all previous, current and future eligible discounts and any and all discounts which have been provided within the 6, 9 or 12 month commitment period shall become due to Remarkable HomeKeeping immediately. Upon cancellation prior to the scheduled commitment expiration date, any and all balances due to Remarkable HomeKeeping, including past or current service charges, plus nullified discounts, shall be charged to the customers credit card with a 5% administrative fee.
