Preferred Care Client Discounts – Terms & Conditions
To receive Preferred Care Client discounts, customers must:

Commit to a 6, 9, or 12-month Service Agreement

Provide a valid credit card to be held on file
Cancellation Policy:

Service Agreements may be canceled at any time with written notice via USPS or email

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to a scheduled service to avoid charges

Canceling before the end of the commitment period will void all discounts, and any discounts previously received will become due immediately

All outstanding balances, including past services and voided discounts, will be charged to the customer’s card with a 5% administrative fee
